Can we have our orders delivered and set up?

Yes! Delivery and pick up within 30 miles is $200. We can delivery farther for an additional travel fee. We can also set up your order for an additional $100.

Pick up from our warehouse is free! You will need to arrange your pick up/drop off during our set hours or incur an after hours fee.

Do we need to launder linens we rent?

No! We take care of all the clean up for you. Any damage (burns, cuts, severe grass stains, grease) will have a replacement fee.

Can we make changes to an existing order?

We can always make changes for you. If you are needing to increase we can as long as we have the inventory in stock! Decreasing orders will receive full refund 30 days prior to your event. Within 30 days will be have a 20% cancellation fee on items removed. Tents cancelled within 30 days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be given for orders cancelled within 72 hours of your event.

What are your delivery times?

We have delivery windows that we give to clients when they place an order. These windows are a couple of hours, and we will have your ordered delivered within the window. If you are needing your order at a specific time, a precise delivery fee will be placed.

After hour pick ups from locations can be arranged for an additional cost as well.

What deposits are required to hold orders?

We ask for 50% to hold your order after you have accepted an estimate. The remaining amount will be due on the date of your event, or at pick up from the warehouse.

How long is a rental?

Our rental pricing reflects a 24 hour rental. If you are picking up or we have delivered your order on a Saturday, it will be due back on Monday. *Seasonal Hours may affect this schedule, inquire when your order is placed.
